For the architect who likes to tailor each home as a dress for its occupants, the kitchen is the centrepiece. The place of affection and exchange. Togetherness, family and intimacy are the words that define this living space, where people meet and spend precious time preparing a meal or having breakfast. And where the act of cooking is integrated and intertwined with the experience of eating together.<\/p>\n

People move around a lot in the kitchen, so functionality is essential. Volumes and materials, fundamental in Tommaso Giunchi’s design vocabulary, must be thought out in detail to give circularity to the spaces and enrich them with tactile as well as visual sensations. An alchemy of emotions and practicality that he skilfully balances, finding in Mo.1950 a dedicated partner in every detail.
